“Hello, my name is Isaí and I want to talk about my visit to Costa Rica. My trip to Costa Rica was one that I will never forget. First day we got there we went zip lining, and I saw so many amazing animals like monkeys, spiders, lizards, and many other amazing animals. After the first day, we met up with the whole group. They were amazing people to go to an incredible Island known to have an abundance of biodiversity with. To get to the island we took a boat and it was a crazy adventure to get there with the tide going against us, and the waves hitting the boat felt like a movie. When we got to the island it was such an astonishing place. At night you could see the stars shining. It felt unreal to me. In the morning you could hear the howler monkeys screaming at the top of their lungs and every night we went out on patrol to find sea turtles, laying eggs. Sadly the first couple nights we did not see anything, and I was losing hope on seeing a sea turtle laying eggs but on our last day on the Island, we found a sea turtle laying eggs. It was one of the most beautiful things I’d ever seen in my life, and it was something I thought I would never get to see. I met so many new people and had lots of fun on this trip with NOA. Going to Costa Rica is one of the things that I’ll never regret in my life.”
